Georgette Linnea Hale Walker, 36, returned to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on April 22, 2015. She was born in Sanger, California on May 1, 1978 to David Verle and Vickie Jean Hale. She married Gordon Melvin Walker on November 13, 2010 in the Provo Utah LDS temple.
Georgette graduated from Brigham Young University and The Utah College of Massage Therapy and spent over ten years practicing massage therapy. She loved being a massage therapist and helping others feel better. She built many great relationships with her clients and others with whom she worked. She also enjoyed crafts, music, being outside and playing sports. She loved volleyball, softball, hiking, camping and running, but spending time with family and close friends was her greatest joy. She had an unmatched love for her family and the gospel.
Georgette lived her life in the service of others. She enjoyed serving in her church callings including Relief Society Counselor, Young Women's President, Primary President, Sunday School teacher and many others. She especially loved going to the temple and had many wonderful experiences there. She took advantage of every opportunity to help those in need and touched the lives of everyone she met.
Georgette was a very loving wife to her husband Gordon and devoted mother to her children Mark and Kendra. She is also survived by her parents; brothers David (Christine), Seann and Nathan; sisters Sharlene (Chris) Olson, Danell (Jared) Good, Donna (Brent) Johnson and Jennifer Esquibel Hale; grandmother Verna Hale; parents-in-law Melvin H. and Illene Walker; brothers-in-law Russell (Julia), Alan (Lisa), Paul (J.J.), Glen (Megan); sister-in-law Janalyn (Nate) Ruder; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Marcus.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Tuesday April 28, 2015, at the Clearfield Utah South Stake Center, 2186 S 125 W in Clearfield, Utah. Friends and family may visit Monday between 6 and 8 pm at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 1941 N Main St. in Farmington, or Tuesday 10:30 – 11:30 am at the Stake Center. Interment will be at the Kaysville City Cemetery.
