Gloria Swapp

Our loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Gloria Jean Larson Swapp returned to her Heavenly Father, her parents and her sweetheart on December 9, 2013. Gloria was born to Delmas R. and Fleda Jensen Larson on March 4, 1932. Gloria was a proud Jordan High “Beetdigger” Class of 1950. There she met the love of her life, James Lorin Swapp Jr. and they were married February 23, 1952 in the Salt Lake Temple. They raised four children. Together with her sweetheart Jim, she traveled to many wonderful places around the world. Her greatest joy in life was her family and they were blessed to be with her at her passing.
Gloria is survived by: son Jeffrey James (Paula), Diane Wood (Tom), Kelly Liddell (Jim), Holly Jensen (John), 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and two brothers, Russell (Kate) Larson, Marshall (Mary) Larson.
Services will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Fairways LDS Chapel 1533 North 1075 West Farmington, UT. Friends may call Friday, December 13th from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Russon Brothers Mortuary 1941 North Main Street Farmington and Saturday December 14th from Noon-12:45 PM at the church prior to services. Interment, Brigham City Cemetery.
