Goulding Johnson passed away September 9, 2006 in Bountiful. He was born in Lovell, Wyoming on January 12, 1912, the 14th child of George Washington Johnson and Henerietta Goulding. He attended BYU where he played Junior Varsity Basketball. He married Carma Bringhurst in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 5, 1935 and they spent most of their lives in Lovell where he was a Service Station Owner with multiple concerns and businesses. He coached Little League Baseball for 22 years, served 2 terms on the Lovell School Board, and held every office in the local Lions Club. He served in three bishoprics and set a fine example of work ethic for his family. ?Goldy? and Carma moved to Farmington 3 years ago to be near family. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Carma Johnson, and children: Julaine Jensen Gale, Farmington; Laura Lee Marchant Ronn Billings, Montana; Kent Johnson Linda, Canon City, Colorado; Peter Johnson Paula Salt Lake City, and Angela Hastings Terry Afton, Wyoming. ?Goldy? also has 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary at 1941 North Main St., Farmington. Friends may call at the Mortuary from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday.
