Our beloved husband, father, son, brother and best friend, Gregory Carter Earl passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at age 55, following a sudden and short illness. He was born in Salt Lake City on March 10, 1958, son of Russell H. Earl, Jr., and JoAnn Carter Earl. He was raised and educated in Centerville, Utah, and graduated from Viewmont High School. Gregs passion in life was automobiles. At the time of his death he was part owner of L. & R. Machine in Layton. Greg married Neisha Lin Curtis in August 1981 (later divorced). Married Patricia Joy Holub in August 1989 (later divorced). From this marriage the light of his life, his son Damon Gregory Earl, was born. Married Nannette Stewart in June 2002. He is survived by his wife Nannette Earl and his son Damon both of Layton, his mother, JoAnn Earl of Centerville, Step-Mother Dottie Earl of Kaysville and brothers Bradley C. Earl of Bountiful and Jeffrey C. (Ann) Earl of Star Valley, Wyoming. Greg is also survived by step-children, Ashley (Adam) Paul, Hooper, Dalton Rosenberg, Riverdale, Drew Rosenberg, Roy and Ciara Stewart, Clearfield, and his constant companion, his dog Buddy. Preceded in death by his grandparents and father. No one had a heart larger than Greg. He was always willing to do anything and everything for anyone. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, who helped make Greg comfortable during his final moments. A viewing will be held at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 1941 North Main Street, Farmington, UT, on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 11:00 am until Noon, a graveside service will follow at the Centerville City Cemetery, 600 East 400 South, Centerville, at 12:30 pm under the direction of Russon Brothers Mortuary.
