Hayden Wariner Morgan

September 26, 1993 — June 22, 2015

Hayden Wariner Morgan was born on September 26, 1993 in West Jordan, UT.  He left this earth June 22, 2015 for a better life hereafter.

Hayden had a love for all things motor-powered, even from a young age.  His play toys consisted of four-wheelers, jet skis, motorcycles, and eventually a loud Subaru WRX.

Hayden graduated from Davis High School, Class of 2012.  He was active in track and field, and he enjoyed auto shop and wood shop classes.  He loved outdoor activities: biking, river rafting, golfing, hiking, camping, and motocross.  Hayden was very competitive and loved to win.

Hayden had a real passion for new places and new experiences.  He visited many locations across the U.S., always smiling ear to ear.  Some of his favorite adventures took place in the Bahamas, on the Canadian prairie, and aboard a yellow submarine in Hawaii.

Hayden lived his life with hemophilia, a bleeding disorder where his blood did not clot.  Inspired by his mother’s drive to give him the best medical care possible, Hayden lived a full, enthusiastic, and fun-filled life. He set an example to younger boys affected by this disorder through volunteering and mentoring efforts with the Utah Hemophilia Foundation, especially the Camp Valor summer program.

Hayden had an extensive network of friends.  He had a loud, distinctive laugh that was always able to bring smiles to those around him.  He will be remembered for this contagious laugh, often inspired by mischievous escapades.  He loved to surprise people with pranks and practical jokes.

Hayden is survived by his father Jay R. Morgan, mother Krisdee Stratton Nelson, father Derek Nelson, step-mother Camille Morgan, siblings Jaren Morgan, Chanelle Flores, Braxton, Isabelle and Karlee Nelson, and by grandparents KayDean Morgan, Dee and Sue Stratton, Glade and Cecily Nelson, Robert Candelaria, and Elaine Graves, and by great-grandmother Cleo M.Smith.  Hayden is also survived by numerous extended family members and his prized Malamute Great Pyrenees, Titus. He is preceded in death by grandfather Dennis A. Morgan, grandmother Cathy K. Mosher, and other beloved relatives.
