Helen Sorensen

Helen Sorensen passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018.  She was born November 1, 1927 to Harmon McKenzie Groesbeck and Lilly Agneta Frederiksen.  She married Stanley Jay Sorensen April 11, 1950 in the Salt Lake Temple.

She is survived by her children Stanley Paul Sorensen (Amir), Margaret Ann Sorensen Carr (Russ), her sisters JoAnn Jones and Ruth Hepworth, 3 grandchildren,  12 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.   Preceeded in death by brothers, Harmon, William and David.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hillcrest Cemetery, 803 Base Line Rd., Shelly, ID.  A viewing will be held Friday, November 30, 2018, from 6 – 8 PM at Russon Mortuary, 255 S. 200 E.
