Henrietta Jones

Biography

A beloved wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt and friend, Henrietta S. Jones passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012. She was born March 15, 1932 in Martin, Kentucky to Henry and Ellen Salisbury. She graduated from Martin High School and from business school in Huntington, West Virgina, where she met her eternal sweetheart, Morris Jones. She married on July 19, 1950, in the Logan LDS Temple. They had 3 children, Morris Jr., (Teri), Robert (Cindy), and Patty (Dan). She graduated in Education from the University of Utah, and for many years enjoyed teaching elementary school. She also loved singing and playing the piano. In April, 1989, she served a mission with her husband in Boise, Idaho. She is survived by her husband, her three children, fourteen grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at the Ward Canyon Ward, 540 No 1200 East, Bountiful, July 19, 2012 at 10:00 am, where friends and family may visit from 9:00 – 9:45 a.m. prior to services.
