Herman Boes

Herm passed away at home in Bountiful on 28, January 2010. Born to Jacob and Catherine Boes on 14 January 1918. He was the youngest of 3 children. He married his sweetheart, Florine Wood, on 29 May 1941 in the Salt Lake Temple. Herm was a contractor in the Salt Lake and Davis County areas for many years. He and mom retired to Mesa, Arizona and later to Santa Clara, Utah. They recently returned to the Bountiful area. Herm loved to travel, especially to the archeological sites of Mexico. Survived by his wife of 68 years; a son, Steven Suzanne Boes; and daughter Pat Rich Higham; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held 2 February at the Bountiful City Cemetery. The family would like to thank Legacy and Salus Home Healthcare for the kind and loving care they always provided.
