Ila T. Gerber 1912-2009

Ila T. Gerber, 97, died Dec. 29 of causes incident to age.

She was born Nov. 21, 1912, Morgan, UT., daughter of William and Naomi Vincent Tucker.

Two husbands preceded her in death, Dean Brower in 1959, and Richard Gerber in 1990, as well as a son, Robert Brower and three grandchildren.

Survivors include daughters Carol Evan Naef and Utahna Babb; son Larry ArlineBrower, as well as Richard’s children Gary, Jan and Karren; 18 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to express special thanks to Hospice and to granddaughter Tina Turley, who cared for her during the recent difficult years.

According to her directive, Ila will have a graveside service, Monday, January 4, 2010 at 1 p.m. at South Morgan Cemetery, where she will be buried near husbands Dean and Dick. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice and charities welcome.
