Ileen Wayment Brown

Ileen Wayment Brown passed away May 30, 2022.

Ileen was born October 7, 1942 in Ogden UT, the daughter of Arnold Hodson Wayment and Maud Hewitt Wayment. She Married Joel G. Brown on June 14, 1963 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Ileen loved her family more than all else. She was known as caring, kind and classy. She graduated from Davis High School and attended Weber State University. Ileen was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and loved the Savior. She enjoyed spending as much time as possible at her beloved Bountiful Temple. Ileen and Joel were successful in their professional careers and used that success to support many people and causes throughout their lives.

Ileen is survived by her children: Kent (Sharon) Brown, Natalie (Adam) Belnap; Grandchildren: Lancaster (Ali) Brown, Brodrick Brown, Cooper (Makenna) Brown, Kimi Belnap and Bree Belnap; Great grandchildren: Whitley Ileen Brown, Mabry Brown, Caplan Brown and Kayson Brown. Ileen is survived by her sister Lois Adams. She was preceded in death by her husband Joel, her parents and her brother Sherman Wayment.

There will be a visitation Friday June 3, from 6-8 pm at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 N. Main, Bountiful, UT. Funeral services will be held at the same location on Saturday June 4, from 9-10 am. Interment services will follow at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery in Bountiful, UT.
