Isaac Gordon Raymond Isaac, Ize, I, and occasionally Ball, our big brother, and oldest son, moved onto his next journey on July 19th 2024 in his downtown Salt Lake home. Isaac was the son of Gordon Raymond & Teresa Jensen Call.
Born April 14th 1992, Isaac is the oldest of his three siblings, later gaining six-step siblings and two more parents. Growing up in Bountiful, he participated in many sports, but found his passion with skateboarding. There he gained a community of people who would be life-long friends of his. In Isaac’s 32 years of life, he got a lot of living in, something not everyone can say.He spent his time traveling with family, friends, bands and skateboarding his way across the US and Europe. Isaac was a well-known staple in the Salt Lake City underground scene, being featured in many culturally significant skateboarding, music, and art publications. Walking through downtown Salt Lake City or going to a music venue, you are guaranteed to run into someone who knows Isaac. He had the biggest heart and was a caring individual who loved family and friends, and wasn’t afraid to tell you. He ended every phone call or visit by saying,“bye, love you, call me if you need anything.” Isaac was passionate about music and bonded with people that way, including often calling family members and inviting them to his band's shows, to lunch or out for a drink. He had an amazing sense of humor and a knack for story-telling, even if you had already heard the story 10 times.
He leaves behind his parents, Gordon & Traci Raymond, Teresa & Brad Call. His three siblings,Derek, Sadie (Chandler) Scott, Maddy, six step-siblings, Cameron, Danielle, Hannah, Jessica,Reagan, Jerica, and a blue and brown-eyed boy, his dog, Bowie.
