After returning home, he married Carol Uarda Lechtenberg on June 14, 1957, in the Logan, Utah Temple.  They were blessed to raise 4 sons.  Arlin had a wonderful career including as a Technician at Hercules Powder Company, a Terminal Manager for Wycoff Inc., and as a Bus Driver for the Utah Transit Authority.

Arlin lived a life of service including serving as a Bishop, Church Service Missionary with his wife Carol, and as a Temple Worker in the Jordan River Temple.  Arlin is best known for his countless hours of service to many in his church, neighborhood and in the community.

Arlin is survived by his wife Carol of 65 years, their sons Steven (Camille) Hadley, Brian (Susan) Hadley, Alvin (Stacey) Hadley, and Curtis (Stacey) Hadley as well as 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  Arlin is also survived by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
