Jackie Whitesides Henderson

Surrounded by her loving family, our wonderful mother passed away peacefully at her home at the age of 86.  Born to John M. and Alice Whitesides in Burley, Idaho.  She married the love of her life, Richard L. Henderson on October 8, 1948, in the Salt Lake Temple.  Jackie grew up in Burley, Idaho and Salt Lake City, Utah.  Jackie was an amazing mother of five children.  She loved being a wife and mother.  She loved to bake bread and cinnamon rolls.  She had many talents including  sewing, quilting, and creating beautiful ceramic items for her family and friends.  She was an active member of the LDS church.  She served many around her and was a faithful disciple of our Savior.
She is survived by Terry (Deanne) Henderson, Debbie (John) Koew, Leslie (Rob) Moosman, Curtis (Sandra) Henderson, and son-in-law, Tim L. Kidder.  Also, 27 grandchildren, and 59 great grandchildren.  One brother  J. Brian Whitesides, and sisters, Mary Wright and Carol (Larry) Fuller.  One brother-in-law Paul (Karen) Henderson and one sister-in-law Joyce Cross.  She is preceded in death by her husband Richard (Dick), daughter, Susan H. Kidder, parents, two sisters, and three great granddaughters, Danielle and Kaylee Brady, and Reagan Jensen.  
Friends and family may visit Friday November 10th, between 6:30pm – 8:30pm, and from 9:45am – 10:45am, prior to the funeral services to be held Saturday, November 11th, 2017 at 11:00am.  The viewing and funeral services will be held at the Val Verda LDS Ward house located at 3317 South 800 West Bountiful, Utah.  Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.  A special thanks to the Val Verda 2nd Ward Relief Society and Hospice nurse, Tyler Hunsaker, for their service and loving care.
