James A. VanWeerd

Born to Fred M. and Maretta VanWeerd Sr. on September 9, 1970. Passed away February 16, 2016. Graduated from the University of Utah in Marketing and Accounting. James served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Zurich, Switzerland.
He was a loving son and cared for his Mother. He loved his nieces and nephews and loved being with his family. James was loved by all who knew him.
James is survived by his brothers, Fred M. Jr (Ann), Mitchell (Karen), Quinton (Tami), Kenneth (Debbie) and Troy; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Preceded in death by his parents, Fred Moroni and Maretta VanWeerd, Sr.
A viewing for family and friends will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. at the Bountiful 53rd Ward, 1365 North 650 East, Bountiful. Following the viewing a graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, SLC. Online guest book at www.russonmortuary.com.
