Jamie Lee Anderson

Jamie Lee Anderson slipped away on March 7, 2025, at 41, leaving us far too soon. Born on March 6, 1984, to Jennifer and Marshall McMickell, she came into the world with a spark that never dimmed, even on her hardest days. She was a protector, and passionately fought for those she loved.

Jamie grew up as a military brat, the oldest sibling to her sister, Alisha, and brother, Steven, with a laugh that could fill a room and the ability to turn ordinary moments into something special. She was a protective older sister and would have moved mountains for those she loved.

She married Bryan Levi Anderson on September 28th, 2002. He and their boys, Logan James and Aiden Riley, were her world—she loved them all fiercely and being their mom was the absolute greatest joy of her life. They will forever cherish the time they had with her and the great examples of love and strength that she emulated.

She had a genuine gift for connection. Her bright personality and sweet heart left an impression on all that were lucky enough to know her. Her nieces and nephews knew her as the aunt who’d spoil them rotten and somehow always picked their “favorite” gifts. She had an absolute heart of gold and loved others with her entire being.

Jamie is survived by her husband, Levi, her two boys, Logan and Aiden, her parents, Jennifer and Marshall, her siblings, Alisha and Steven, her nieces and nephews, and an extended family that all loved her. She will live on as a light in all of us—bright, warm, sometimes flickering, but never gone.

Services will be held on Friday, March 21st at 11 AM at the LDS Church at 380 S Fairfield Road, in Layton. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to https://gofund.me/244c636c to support her boys as they begin to navigate life without her.

The viewing will be held directly before services at the same location, from 9:30-10:30 AM on Friday, March 21st. Jamie will be laid to rest at the Clinton City Cemetery.
