Jane R. Muir Rigby, after living life to the fullest everyday of her 101 years she closed her eyes for the last time on Dec. 25th, 2005. Born Oct. 17th, 1904 in Hatch, Idaho the oldest of nine to Stephen and Ada Elizabeth Muir. Married Horace Hod Rigby on Aug. 3rd 1923 in the Logan LDS Temple. They lived in Idaho until 1931 when they moved their 4 children, Rhoda, Sheral, Betty, and Lenor to Centerville, Utah. Jane R. was officially named a Utah Centenarian in 2004. She is widely known, respected and loved as a giving member of our community. ?No one ever walked away a stranger?. Her hands were always busy making dishcloths, baby blankets, and her hats warmed heads all over the world. She always gave a piece of candy wrapped in love, the brightest smile and the warmest hugs. She will be greatly missed, but her legacy lives on in her 2 daughters, Rhoda Mason and Lenor Simons; 2 sisters, Erma High and Mada Greenfield; son-in-law, DeWayne Pork Randall; 12 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 31 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Horace, daughter Betty Randall, son Sheral Rigby, 2 great-grandsons and 1 great-great-grandson. Grandma you are an inspiration to us all. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 29, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street. A viewing for family and friends will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2005 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and again Thurs. from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
