Janet Jane Pairan

Janet Jane Pairan, a vibrant soul who brought joy and laughter to everyone she met, passed away peacefully on December 8th, 2023. Her departure leaves a void in the hearts of her family and friends, but her legacy of laughter will forever endure.

Born on June 4th, 1941, in Chillicothe, OH, Jan had an innate gift for spreading cheer wherever she went. Her infectious laughter and quick wit brightened even the darkest of days, and her natural ability to make people smile was nothing short of remarkable. But it wasn’t just her humor that left a lasting impression; it was her culinary magic that captivated the taste buds of all who had the pleasure of savoring her creations, her spunky nature, compassion for all living things, enjoyment for nurturing her beautiful garden and love for her family.

She is survived by her three (3) daughters Teresa, Angela, and Kimberlee, nine (9) grandchildren, eight (8) great-grandchildren, and siblings Ted, Marlene, and Pamela. While she may no longer be physically present, her soul will live on in the cherished memories, the delicious recipes passed down, and the laughter that she so effortlessly brought into the world.

Her memory will forever be a source of comfort and happiness to those who were fortunate enough to have known her. Rest in peace, dear Jan, mom, and grandma aka Gigi. You will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

Janet’s viewing is scheduled for Friday, December 15th, 2023, from 6-8 p.m. at Russon Mortuary, 295 N. Main St., Bountiful, UT.
