Jean Anderson Kirkham

April 21, 1927 — December 23, 2017

Bountiful, UT – Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Jean Anderson Kirkham passed away December 23, 2017.
She was born April 21, 1927 in Shelley, Idaho to William LeRoy Anderson and Pearl McArthur Anderson.  She was the third of six children.  She married William G. Kirkham on July 3, 1947 and they were sealed together in the Laie, Hawaii LDS Temple.  Together they had 3 children, 11 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
She worked for the LDS church for many years – first in the Relief Society and later with the church's Beehive Clothing Mills.  In the later part of her career she became a sales manager for Beehive Clothing.  This required her to travel all over the country to manage and train the staff of the church's distribution centers.  Upon retirement, the church asked her and her husband to serve a church service mission at the London, England Distribution Center.  Subsequently, she and her husband served several service missions in the Welfare Department.
She loved to embroider, crochet and travel with her family.
She is survived by her children Richard (Elaine), DeLynn (Cathy) and Kathy (Mark Reed), her sister Deon and her brother Daryl.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the Barnes Park Ward Chapel, 1275 W 200 N (on Flint Street), Kaysville. Family and friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Russon Mortuary, 195 N Main, Bountiful and Thursday morning 9:00 – 9:45 am at the church prior to services.  Interment – Centerville City Cemetery, 700 E 400 S.
