Jerrie F. Drake, age 68, passed away on January 8, 2025.

Born on November 17, 1956, in Salt Lake City, Utah, she was the daughter of Ronald and Loretta Day Rigby.

Jerrie married Michael Dean Franson on June 5, 1976, and later married Don Drake in 1989, though they eventually divorced. She dedicated much of her life to raising her children and worked at various establishments, including Burger King, where she worked her way up to a manager position before retiring in 2022.

Jerrie loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing and camping. She enjoyed watching football, listening to country music, crocheting, and playing dice and cards. She had a special fondness for cats and cherished their companionship.

She is survived by her children, Ronnie and Trish Franson, and her mother, Loretta Rigby; her brothers, Lynn (Kathy) Rigby, Bobby(Brenda) Rigby; her sister, Terrie (Ray) Beard; three grandsons and a granddaughter; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Jerrie was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Franson; her son, Scott Franson; her father, Ronald Rigby; her sister, Jackie Morgan; and several extended family members.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at the Centerville Cemetery, 650 East 400 South, Centerville, Utah.

In lieu of flowers, donations to assist with funeral costs can be made to the account in the name of Loretta D. Rigby at America First Credit Union.
