Jerry Smith

On September 1st we lost our beautiful mother Jerry Smith. She will be missed by many. Jerry is survived by her children Lisa & Jon Groves, Susie & Mark Thurston, Patti Lynds & Keith Devore, Jodie Demoss, Tim Smith, Ken & Azie Smith, Jim Smith, and Jolyne & Ron Fenn with many grandchildren and great grandchildren she loved dearly. Also survived by her wonderful siblings Lynne, Ben, Janie and David. She was proceeded by her loving husband Joe Smith. Her heart is full again now that they are reunited. She fought through many health issues and now is free from suffering. She spent her time crocheting Afghans for all her children and grandchildren she will always be loved and never forgotten.

Services will be held at the Bountiful 12th ward @1476 North 300 West Bountiful Utah Viewing will be from 11:30 until 12:30. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 followed by the graveside services.
