Jessica peacefully passed away at home at the age of 24 surrounded by her family and friends. She was born 3 months premature on July 6, 1987. She has been a miracle from the beginning. Despite her physical challenges and pain, she has always had a way to capture the joy in life, reminding others of their divine missions, and helping them feel and understand pure love. She has always exemplified loyalty, friendship and acceptance.
Jessica was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints: along with her faith in God, family and friends were always at the center of her life. She had a unique way of nurturing and understanding children. She lived to celebrate life and her loved ones. Her sly sense of humor, hilarious pranks and amazing laugh made others feel comfortable around her. Jessica loved to read and had a great talent for writing since an early age.
Jessica is survived by her parents, Keith and Antonella Hunt; siblings, Alexia Hunt Bartling, David M. Hunt, Gavin Caruso Hunt, Alexander G. Hunt; beloved nephew Damian Bartling; grandparents, Rosa Giulini Caruso, Les and Linda Hartle; and many aunts, uncles and cousins and friends. Jessica is preceded in death by brother-in-law James M. Bartling; grandparents, Mauro Caruso, and Glen and Pat Hunt.
A special thank you to the staff of Vista Care Hospice and Dr. Rodgers for all their love and care.
