Jill Pepper

Our beloved Jill left us unexpectedly on December 22, 2013 and will be deeply missed. She grew up in Kaysville and Layton. From the time she was a child she has been spunky, full of mischief, and fun-loving. Jill was a fingernail technician since her teens and was part owner of a beauty salon for several years. She always had many friends and a very loyal clientele.
Jill married Bret Pepper on July 13, 1993 and they had 3 beautiful children. Jill’s greatest passion was her children, and they adored her. She loved spending lots of time with them outdoors. She proudly attended all their baseball and soccer games and practices, and was very involved in their schooling.
Jill was extremely creative and loved fashion and design. She enjoyed going to the gym, gardening, snowboarding and shopping. She faithfully served in the Young Women and Primary organizations in the LDS faith for many years.
Jill was preceded in death by her brother, Mike. She is survived by her 3 children, Aspen, Tayton and Tagg; father and mother, Lynn and Judean Bailey; siblings Monte, Cheryl, Matt, and Heidi (Nolan); and nephews and nieces that adored their Aunt Jill.
A viewing will be held from 6-8:00pm Friday, December 27th at LDS Stake Center, 1589 E. Gentile, Layton, Utah. Funeral services will be held at the same location at 11:00am December 28th following the viewing from 9:30-10:30am.
