John Dixon Roby

Our beloved husband, dad and grandpa Jack Roby passed away on July 11, 2019 at the age of 90.  He was born in Fort Worth, Texas moved to Southern California as a child and has spent the last 50 years in Utah.  Survived by his loving wife Connie, sons Brad and wife Jeanny, Chris and wife Sherry, Tracy and wife Lorie, Brian, daughter Kelly and husband Keith, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 18 step great-grandchildren, aunt Winnie (103) and her children.

He joined the Navy in 1948 as a US Navy Seaman in San Francisco and married the love of his life Connie in 1949 and recently had their 70th wedding anniversary.  He was an entrepreneur and succeeded in multiple small businesses.  He had a great love of life as an avid outdoorsman, horseman, loved boating and spending time with his family.  He will forever be missed.

There will be a graveside service and dedication with Military Honors on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 10:30am at the Kaysville City Cemetery located at 500 Crestwood Road, Kaysville Utah.

In lieu of sending flowers for the Memorial Service, donations would be preferred and appreciated
