Biography

Bountiful- John E. Litster Jr. , age 83, returned to our Heavenly Father September 3rd, 2014.
John was born May 23rd, 1931 in Salt Lake City. He was known for his commitment to the scouts. He was awarded The Silver Beaver. He had a love for ushering for the Tabernacle every Sunday and then some in the Salt Lake Temple.
They were blessed with 7 children: Connielynn, John David, Scott, Ruth-ann, Kaylene, Kristine, Karalee; along with 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren
John’s funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 9th, 2014 at the LDS Chapel, 2651 South 500 West, Bountiful. The viewing will be held the night before at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Tuesday morning 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services.
