John Nuckols

John Robert Nuckols passed away in Bountiful, Utah on December 2, 2014. John was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on July 13, 1937 to Bessie Lucille (Mayne) and Clarence Robert Nuckols.

John was well known for his keen sense of humor, remembering everyone’s birthdays, and treasuring his grandchildren. He was a successful salesman and loved his “work family”. He enjoyed golfing with his lifelong friends, sons, and grandsons.

John brought many gifts to our lives. He is best remembered as a father who gave all for his children and grandchildren. John left this earth in time to greet his close sister, Joyce Davis, who departed on December 5, 2014. They were never far apart in life, and couldn’t be separated for long in death.

John is survived by his children, Troy (Cathy) Barrett, Debbie (Jeff) Griffin, John (Ann) Nuckols, Travis (Christine) Nuckols and Jaimie (Mike) Lewis; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and was preceded in death by Janine Nuckols.
