Jolene Rydalch Cluff

February 12, 1936 — October 29, 2015

Jolene was born to Mary Robinson and Roy Rydalch (the third of six children), during a severe blizzard, in Newdale, Idaho.  Jolene married Ralph Ferrell Cluff on 11 July 1956 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Ralph and Jolene are the parents of ten children, grandparents of twenty-one, and great-grandparents of fourteen.

Jolene is a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  She served in many capacities during her mortal life—most notably as a pianist, organist, and a visiting teacher.  Since she was a small child she has played the piano and began playing the organ for Junior Sunday School before she was twelve.  Since that time, she has played almost every Sunday for at least one meeting in the ward she resided in.  As a visiting teacher, she went the extra mile to help her sisters come to Christ.  And though she never served a full-time mission, she was a missionary through her visiting teaching and music.

Jolene loves her family, the Church, and baseball.  She was a Golden Gleaner.   She always has a plan.  She shared her beliefs with firmness.  And she rooted enthusiastically for her favorite baseball team.

Jolene is preceded in death by her parents, a brother (Charles), a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.  She is survived by her husband (Deary); her children, Stephanie Jo Orison (Ricky, deceased), Greggory (Carolyn), William (Lauri), Courtney (Shari), Jeffrey (Amber, deceased), Kenyan, Kimberlie Jo Rew (Nephi), Rodney (Melissa), Jennifer Jo, Melissa Jo; nineteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, a sister, and three brothers.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, 3 November 2015 at the Bountiful Central Stake Center, 640 South 750 East, Bountiful, UT at 11:00 a.m.  There will be a viewing on Monday, 2 November 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, UT and prior to the funeral Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.  Interment will take place at Bountiful Memorial Park, Bountiful, UT facing the mountains Jolene called home.
