Joseph Todd McKinley

Our sweet Joseph Todd McKinley passed away in Kaysville, Utah, on July 8, 2023, due to heart complications. Joseph was born on July 23, 2001, and lived in Bountiful, Utah. He graduated from Woods Cross High School and worked for the great people of Advanced MD, which he absolutely loved!

Joseph was the best of the best. He was the nicest person with the absolute biggest heart. He lit up every room he walked into, and he was truly the life of the party everywhere he went. His friends and family were incredibly important to him and he always made sure that everyone felt included. He made everyone around him feel like the most special person he ever met, and everyone loved him.

Joseph loved to root for the underdog. He loved kids and animals, and had such a tender heart. He was the funniest person ever and loved to make people laugh. He loved Nike shoes, and football. The Eagles were his favorite team.

We love you so much Joseph, and will miss you more than anything in this world, but know we will see you again someday.

Joseph is survived by his parents, Todd James & Michelle Kennard McKinley of Bountiful, Utah. His siblings, who adored him, are Andrew (Emma), Maria and Emily.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 2023, at the Orchard Stake Center, 3599 S. Orchard Drive, Bountiful, Utah. The viewing will be from 9:30-10:45 a.m. at the stake center prior to the funeral. If anyone would like to wear their Nikes to the funeral in honor of Joseph, we would love that!
