June Taylor

June 20, 1921 — November 14, 2013

Bountiful/ Enoch -June Burns Taylor, 92, peacefully passed away on November 14, 2013. June was born June 20, 1921 in Bountiful, Utah to James Edward Burns and Emma May Cooper Burns. She graduated from Davis High Class of 1939. She married James T. Taylor in Salt Lake City on Dec. 7, 1939. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Jim and June served an LDS mission in the Holbrook Arizona (Navajo) Mission. She was preceded in death by her husband James, parents, siblings and their spouses, with the exception of Sarah Burns and Marcena Frakes, sisters-in-law. Survived by Della Mae (Phil) Keil, James (Claire) Taylor, Laura (Scott) Larsen, Becky (Bob) Jensen, Leslee and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Viewing will be at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, Sunday, November 17th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday, November 18th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to services at 11 a.m. at the Bountiful 25th Ward, 1500 South 600 East Bountiful. Interment at the Bountiful Memorial Park.
