On January 4th 2016, Kathleen Ann Johnson found peace after a long, valiant, and difficult battle with depression. Kathy was the daughter of Laree and Harold Wise whom she loved dearly. Harold and Laree both had the privilege of being nursed and diligently cared for by Kathy until the end of their days.  Kathleen is survived by her husband, Ray Johnson, her children Allen Johnson (Linda), Bert Johnson (Renee), Marian Meldrum (Alan), Teresa Zippro (Robert), Dennis Irvin, Aaron Irvin, Chris Irvin (Elizabeth), Amy Kathleen Irvin, Jennifer Phipps (Logan), many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and siblings Carol Fornelius (Craig), Ronald Wise (Ruth), and Robert Wise (Mardee) all of whom loved her and will miss her dearly.  Jesus Christ played a very important role in Kathleen’s life. She cultivated a devoted testimony and relationship with him from childhood throughout adulthood. Kathleen dedicated more than 30 years of her life to the caregiving profession of nursing.  Kathleen was a gifted and hardworking nurse. She was appreciated by both her peers and patients for the tender care she tirelessly delivered. Kathleen had a big life and a big, beautiful family. In 1977 Kathleen married Ray Alfred Johnson. Ray was devoted to her and she to him. In her last years he attended to her illness with infinite care, tenderness, and love and she responded with care and affection for him. He and her children are thankful for the time they shared with her. They loved her very much and will miss her greatly.
