Kathryn Irene Patrick

Kathryn was born on May 6, 1971 in Ogden, Weber, Utah and passed from mortality to eternity August 24, 2012 at the Salt Lake Regional Medical Center, Salt Lake City, Utah. United again with her beloved husband, Michael Kenton Patrick; her father, Henry Clyde Watkins; and many other family members.
Survived by her two beautiful children: Teagan Rachel Patrick and Cameron Michael Patrick; her mother, Patricia Pickworth Reid; brother, Jason Paul Watkins; and sister, Marie Crocker. Also survived by her mother-in-law. Claire Lynn Olsen Patrick; brother-in-law, Paul Patrick and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Special thanks to family, friends and neighbors who loved and cared for her through the past difficult years. She fought the good fight, the race is won, and now she is home again.

Kathryn loved her Heavenly Father and her Savior, Jesus Christ. She is truly a pure spirit and we will miss her until that great day when we are all reunited. In lieu of flowers, donations toward the children’s college fund would be deeply appreciated, c/o Patricia Reid.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at the Foothill 7th Ward, Chapel, 2215 E. Roosevelt Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah where a viewing will be held 10:00- 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 30, 2012 at the Blanding City Cemetery.
