Keith was born in Bountiful Utah on July 2, 1990. As a child he loved the water! He would swim at any chance he had, creating opportunities everywhere. As a young man he was able to take a solo trip to Hawaii and thoroughly enjoyed the island water. He was able to see Pearl Harbor, something he always wanted to do, and bring back a special gift for his niece. On a recent trip to Northern California he took a swim in the very cold Pacific Ocean “just because I could” he said. He also enjoyed disc golfing with his brothers and friends, fishing, hiking and many other outdoor activities.
Keith came into this world with the glowing gift of life and love. He shared his love with all that he touched, including many friends. We were all very blessed with his loving spirit, even with his loss we will carry the love and joy that was unselfishly shared. Keith carried joy with him and believed laughter was the best medicine. His smile could light up a room. Nothing made Keith happier than bringing joy to others, and he did this every day. He especially loved playing with his nephew and nieces, who he loved dearly. He could always touch your heart.
Keith loved music and had the ability to write lyrics and perform. He always said that his music could change someone’s life. Recently he had several opportunities to get into the studio and record what he felt his life was about and begin to live his dream. His talent was truly a gift.
He loved his career with Delta Airlines and would talk about all the people he worked with and the experiences he was blessed with.
Keith will be missed, but he still lives strong in all of us! Thank you all for having shared your life with him, for that gave him the talent and the gift of love. He gave us so much we all were blessed. Remember him always because he will be standing next to us forever. God had given him love to give to us and we were blessed to have shared life with him! Love is what Keith embodied and what made him happy. Although we grieve his passing, we have comfort knowing that he is no longer in pain and is at peace with his loving Father.
Keith left us so sudden and unexpectedly on July 24th. He lived a life that was beyond his years and full of important life experiences, and though only 23 he had impacted many people. He was always told he had an “old soul” that was pure and awesome. We will miss him more than we can say.
