Kelly James Clayton

Kelly James Clayton, “Kell,” was simply put, a gentle giant. He was a loving son, brother, father, uncle, and loyal friend. He left this world on January 30, 2022, after a short, but brave battle with COVID 19, at the age of 44.

Kelly was born on November 24, 1976, to Crystal and Thomas Clayton. He was the youngest of three children. He was survived by his mother, Crystal Clayton, his sister Tiffany Walker, his brother, Michael Clayton, and his son, Caleb Anderson.

With Kelly’s gentle, quiet, and unconditionally loving nature, he was a beautiful example of Christlike love. His sense of humor was a delight and his laugh, contagious. He had a deep love of animals, and always looked out for the underdog. He was dependable and eager to help those in need. He loved his mother and was there to help, every way he could.

He was a well-seasoned truck driver for over 25 years, earning love and admiration from his co-workers. His absence will be felt by many, leaving an empty hole in our lives without him. We know that he’s now surrounded by loved ones gone on before him.

In lieu of the pandemic the funeral will be held via zoom on Saturday, February 5, at 2:00 pm MST. (US and Canada)
