Kimberlee Dawn Shirley

Kimberlee Dawn Shirley, born Kimberlee Dawn Carter on January 24th, 1975, in Bountiful, unexpectedly passed away just one day after helping celebrate her mother’s 85th birthday and was reunited with her father June 3rd, 2023.

Kimberlee was the youngest of 3 children. She grew up adventurous and full of love. Some of her fondest childhood memories were playing night games and blowing up Barbie dolls with her neighborhood friends.

She is survived by her mother Gladys Mollyann Carter, brother Alden Lee Carter, her husband Michael Fay Shirley, daughter Haylee Faye Shirley, son Wyatt Carter Shirley, and companion Buddee Dog. She always said her greatest accomplishment was being a loving wife and mother to a family she loved with all her heart.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the North Canyon 5th Ward Church, 2505 S. Davis Blvd, Bountiful, Utah. An evening viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, June 9, 2023, at Russon Mortuary, 295 N. Main Street, Bountiful, with an afternoon viewing Saturday from 12:45-1:45 p.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will follow the funeral services at 3:15 p.m. Saturday at Lakeview Memorial Mortuaries & Cemeteries, 1640 Lakeview Drive, in Bountiful.

Services will be streamed live on the Russon Mortuary & Crematory Facebook page and on this obituary page. The live stream will begin 10-15 minutes prior to services and will be posted below.
