Lacey Lee Taylor (Furner)

February 16, 1992 — March 12, 2025

With hearts full of love, we celebrate the beautiful life of Lacey Lee Taylor, a woman of adventure, kindness, and unwavering curiosity. Born on February 16, 1992, Lacey embraced life with a fearless spirit, always eager to learn, explore, and connect with those around her. Her intelligence, sharp wit, and infectious laughter left an unforgettable mark on everyone she met.

Lacey’s deep love for animals, especially horses, led her to be actively involved in Future Farmers of America in high school. She fostered her love for learning by attending BYU-Idaho. Afterwards, her passion for the outdoors carried her to Montana, where she worked on a ranch. She built lifelong friendships and strengthened her appreciation for nature’s wonders in all of her adventures. She was an extremely hard worker and had a variety of jobs throughout her life, but her favorite job was her time as a life-coach.

Lacey’s adventurous spirit extended to the skies, where she piloted small planes with the same fearless energy, she brought to everything she did. Music was another love of hers—she played the violin in high school, adding to the many ways she expressed her passion for life. She was also a natural with computers, always eager to tinker and help others navigate all and any technology issues.

Despite facing health challenges, Lacey never let them define her. She met life with humor, resilience, and an unwavering faith in Jesus Christ and His church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her faith was a guiding light in her life, providing her with strength and a deep sense of purpose.

She was a fiercely loyal friend, a compassionate listener, and a source of laughter and encouragement. Her beloved Maltese Yorkie, Cooper, was always by her side, a testament to her deep love for animals.

Though she left this world too soon, her boundless love, and joyful laughter will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She took life by the reins, danced in the wind, and made every moment count.

Lacey will be greatly missed by her parents, siblings (both birth and adoptive), former spouse, and extended family and friends.
