Beloved father, son, brother and friend Larry Vance Thompson died peacefully at his home of natural causes on October 20, 2012. Larry was born on November 26th, 1959 to Carol and Claud Thompson. He was our Tigger, Banjo-eyes and Lar-Bear. Larry lived along the Wasatch Front his entire life with the exception of his time spent in the US Army. Larry married Jean Carter in February 1985. They were later divorced. Together they raised seven beautiful children. Larry is survived by his mother, his children Anthony, Steven, Larry, Spencer, Leisa and Ambria Thompson, his treasured grandchildren, Tiyanikka and Danikka Siddoway and Jacob Thornton. He is also survived by his brothers Steve and Paul Thompson and sister Janice Worsley, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his beloved daughter Jeanie, his father and all of his grandparents.
Larry, we are sure you are enjoying a joyous reunion with Jeanie and Dad but we will miss you terribly until we are together again. Your absence leaves a hole in our hearts.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, UT 84010. There will be a visitation on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and one hour prior to funeral service. Interment will be at Bountiful City Cemetery.
