Lauren (Lee) Elwood Humble, 81, of Kaysville, Utah, passed away peacefully in his home on April 4th, 2019.
Born August 21st, 1937, in Santa Monica, California, to Elwood and Gertrude Humble. Son, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Lee will be greatly missed.
Lee joined the Navy, and served for 3 years on the Destroyer Lyman K. Swenson, in the Pacific.
Lee married Freda Beth Bachand on May 6th, 1960.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Freda, his 6 beautiful children: Doug Humble (Annie) of Monterey, California, Laurel Maxwell (Patty) of Rowlett, Texas, Dawn Roberts (Bruce) of Gridley, California, Heather Sawyer (Dave) of Marina, California, Mitchel Humble (Megan) of Twin Falls, Idaho, and Shannon Parker (Matt) of Kaysville, Utah, 24 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Lee worked as a civil servant, electronic technician at the China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station for 32 years, and retired to Kaysville, Utah in 2008.
The graveside memorial service will be held at Kaysville cemetery on Tuesday, April 9th, at 11:00.
