Lawrence Moss Parkin

Lawrence Moss Parkin, age 86, passed away April 24, 2015. Born March 11, 1929 in Salt Lake City, UT. Raised and educated in Davis County. Married Joyce Kagie March 17, 1953, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Lawrence served in the Army from 1950 – 1952. He was a Salt Lake Temple ordinance worker for 15 years. He enjoyed photography, collecting arrow heads, riding his Vespa and having lunch with his friends at the Golden Years Senior Center. He was preceded in death by his son Steve (died Oct. 29, 2000) and his wife Joyce (died Dec. 10, 2000).
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., May 1st, 2015 at Russon Brothers Mortuary 295 N. Main Bountiful, UT., where a viewing will be held 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services.
