Clinton – Layne Christian Hendrick, age 23, returned home to his Heavenly Father, May 10, 2012 in Austin, Texas of a massive seizure. Born December 27, 1988 in Bountiful, Utah. Layne attended school in Davis County and graduated from Northridge High School and seminary. He was attending Weber State at the time of his passing. Layne loved traveling the world with his family and is adored by his brothers and sisters. He served a mission for the LDS church in the Mexico Mexico City North Mission. He loved snowboarding and outdoor adventures with his family and friends. He will be missed so dearly by those who knew him.
Layne is survived by his parents Kalleen & Frank Russell and Myron & Nilu Hendrick; brothers and sisters Aaron Hendrick, Allison & Chad Malo, Greg & Michele Hendrick, Jeffery Hendrick, Rijen & Megan Hendrick, Sarah & David Burningham; grandfather, Lee Lund; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who love him dearly. Preceded in death by grandparents and his brother, Mark.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the Clinton 4th Ward, 1800 North 1448 West, Clinton, where friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 pm and Wednesday from 11:15-12:15 pm prior to services. Interment – Bountiful City Cemetery.
