Leo Floyd Argyle

April 22, 1922 — June 17, 2015

Leo Floyd Argyle sang and danced his way into eternity early June 17, 2015. Leo was born April 22, 1922, in Woods Cross, Utah to William Floyd and Sylvia Pace Argyle. He graduated from Davis High and served in Europe in WWII in the 573rd Signal Air Warning Battalion. He married his sweetheart Marline Brey in the Salt Lake City Temple on March 9, 1951.
Leo worked for Mountain Bell for 41 years. He was a proud member of the Bountiful Jeep Posse for 59 years. Leo loved Bear Lake and built one of the first cabins located on the southeast shore. Leo is survived by his loving wife Marline of 64 years, son Michael (Cheri), daughters Lisa and Jennie (Zach), 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren whom he dearly cherished, and a sister Lucille Parker. He was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Argyle, sister Alta Hart, and grandson Tyler Zabriske. Leo was loved by all and loved to serve.
Funeral services Monday, June 22, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Chapel, 165 South 1000 East, Bountiful. Friends may call Sunday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 North Main Street, Bountiful, and Monday at 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the chapel. Interment Bountiful City Cemetery.
