Lois Rudd

Our dear mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 28, 2013 with her loving family by her side.
She was born on May 22, 1928 to Janie Louise and Duard Allen in Corinne, Utah. After her fathers death, she was lovingly raised by her mother and stepfather, Willard Jensen. She attended Box Elder County schools and graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors degree in Sociology and a Masters degree in Social Work. She worked many years for the State of Utah.
She was a faithful member of the LDS church and served in many callings including a mission in South Carolina.
She is survived by her children, Dixie Burningham, Deanna (Michael) Mayne, Dru (Jo) Rudd, and Robert Rudd; a sister, Jeanette (Max) Rose; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, stepfather, and 3 children, Larry, Stephen, and Janene.
Funeral services will be held on October 2, 2013 at 11:00 am at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 N. Main St. A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 6-8 pm and from 9:45-10:45 am prior to services at the mortuary. Interment- Brigham City Cemetery Online guestbook at russonmortuary.com
