Louise Heiner

Louise Taggart Heiner, 95, passed away peacefully at her home in Bountiful, Utah, on October 26, 2013. She was born in Morgan, Utah to George Albert and Mabel Shurtleff Taggart, the last of 13 children. Graduated Morgan High School in 1936, and attended Weber College of Beauty. Was the Morgan City Recorder for three years. Married Dick T. Heiner on December 19, 1941 in the family home. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on December 6, 1963. While Dick served in World War II, Louise was secretary to the Post Adjutant and Head of Military Personnel at Erie Proving Grounds in Port Clinton, Ohio. She and Dick lived in Idaho Falls for three years before moving to Bountiful in February of 1950. In 1956, she began working for Ray Fadel as the Office Manager at Farmers Insurance Group, where she worked for 39 years. She was preceded in death by her 12 siblings and her husband Dick. She is survived by her three children, Janeal Heiner of Rockford, IL, R. Craig Heiner (Marla Dierks) and their children, Nicole and Dustin, of Oak Hill, VA, and Blake T. Heiner (Susan Stoddard) and their children, James and Catherine, of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Services will be held on Wednesday October 30, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Bountiful 9th Ward Chapel, at 585 East Center St., Bountiful, Utah. Friends may call an hour before the services.
