LuAnn Lincoln

July 10, 1942 — November 24, 2014

LuAnn Armga Lincoln passed away on the afternoon of November 24, 2014 at Davis Hospital in Layton, Utah, due to complications associated to End Stage Renal Disease. She was born July 10, 1942 in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Larry and Betty Luke Armga and was the oldest of eight children.
LuAnn was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She had a very strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ and served a mission to Uruguay. She also served in many stake and ward callings and always gave 100% to those she served. She loved to study the scriptures and the teachings of the prophets.
Family was always very important to her. She was a devoted wife and mother. She was always proud of her children and supported them in all of their efforts. She loved her family, friends, and all things purple, Red Fish Lake, being with her brothers and sisters, watching birds out her window, Christmas breakfast, flowers, shopping, cooking, and traveling. No matter what she had going on she was always smiling.
She is survived by her eternal companion and loving husband of 47 years, Ivan Matthew Lincoln, and 3 daughters, Stephanie “Saucie”, Blythe Ann and Amy Ruth. Her siblings; Charles Armga, Cheryl (Dick) Roth, Carol Armga, Pat Armga, Michael (Julie) Armga, Bruce (Wendee) Armga, and sisters in law Joeinne Armga Holder and Daunna Kirkham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews- all of whom were her favorite. As well as special friends; The Jerry Bovee and Rich Firmage families. She was loved by many friends and neighbors. She was the neighborhood grandma. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Melissa, her parents, her brother Larry Armga, and her sister in law Satski Armga.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm, Saturday November 29, 2014, at the Kaysville Deseret Chapel, 925 Deseret Drive, Kaysville, UT. Friends and family may visit Friday from 6-8pm, at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 1941 N Main, Farmington or Saturday 11:45-12:45pm at the church. Interment will be at the Kaysville City Cemetery.
