Lucille Beyer passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in Bountiful, Utah. Born December 28, 1914 in Salt Lake City to William & Edna Cardall. Married John H. Beyer in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, June 27, 1939. Lucille and John had 7 children and lived in Salt Lake City until 1949 when they built their home in Bountiful, Utah. Lucille had the opportunity to travel with and sing in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir for 27 years. She joined the choir at the age of 17 and was one of the oldest living members at her death. She loved being a part of the choir as well as other callings in the LDS Church. Her favorite was teaching Cultural Refinement in the Relief Society. She is survived by her children, John Sue, Robert Peggy, Bruce Bonnie, Linda Arnie Foote, Claudia Westergard, and Richard Sally; and remembered the names and birthday’s of all 29 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Christine. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 8, 2010 at the Bountiful 11th Ward, 115 Wicker Lane, Bountiful. A viewing will be held Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, and Friday morning from 10-10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment-Bountiful City Cemetery.
