Mabel Ruth Buchanan Larsen

Mabel Ruth Buchanan Larsen passed away on Dec. 2, 2023, at the age of 102. 
Mabel Ruth was born May 26, 1921, in Salt Lake City, a daughter of Joshua Salisbury and Mary Lula Buchanan. She married Harlan J. Larsen, and later divorced. 
Survived by her daughters, Susan (Lee) Mitchell, Janet (Ken) Morales and Sandra; grandchildren Jonathan, David, Shane, Holly and Kelly; great grandchildren Kayla and Jesse. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Helen, Kenneth, her twin brother Raymond, Marion and baby Julia.
She was a lifelong Salt Lake resident, and West High graduate. She worked for, and retired from, P.I.E. trucking.
She was cremated and at her request there will be no service. Her cremains will be interred at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, next to her parents.
