Marguerite Elliott King, age 87, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2005. She was born January 30, 1919 in Athens, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Dallas Sweet Elliott and Lettie Beeman Elliott. She married Donald Ray King on October 24, 1942 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Marguerite was a temple worker for many years, a dedicated genealogist, and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survived by her seven children, Preston of St. Louis, Missouri; Darryl of Kennewick, Washington; Doris of Pocatello, Idaho; Russell of Portland, Oregon; Ron of Turlock, California; Robert of Kaysville, Utah; Lynda of Kingman, Arizona. There are 39 grandchildren; and 39 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Leora Farnsworth. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 11, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. at the Bountiful 14th Ward Chapel, 1500 South 600 East, Bountiful, Utah, where friends may call from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. prior to services.
