Marilyn Hollist Rose

Marilyn Hollist Rose, age 89, passed away at her home on November 2, 2024. Marilyn was born on August 2, 1935 to Clarence H. And Vera C. Hollist. She was raised in Farmington, Ut. and graduated from Davis High School. She married Calvin M. Rose on September 3, 1954. They made their home in Bountiful, Ut. She retired from Centurylink.

Although they never had any children, Aunt Marilyn became a mother to all her family, taking care of all of us anyway she could. She will be greatly missed. She was loved more than she would ever know. She is survived by 1 nephew and many nieces and their families.

The family would like to thank Quality Home Health & Hospice for their loving care at the end of her life, especially Shaylee, Jen and Tammy.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 8, 2024 at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 South 200 West, Bountiful, Ut.
