Marilyn Sheppick

June 24, 1935 — December 14, 2012

Marilyn Sheppick aka Marilyn Gordon, Marilyn Love and Marilyn Gillett was born on the 24th of June 1935. She passed away peacefully December 14, 2012. Marilyn lived an incredible vibrant life filled with service for others and her family. When she was young she worked at the old Deseret Book bindery working closely with President Thomas Monson of which she had fond memories. She has lived in Chicago and San Diego although Marilyn spent most of her life in Utah. After being married to Dave Love for 26 years she married Ronnie S. Gillett and took on all of his children as her own, after his death she married Bill Sheppick and gained yet another loving family. Marilyn loved the complications brought upon by numerous marriages. Survived by Sandra Love (Augie), David Love (Teresa), Larry Love (Lizeth); 47 Grandchildren and heaven only knows how many Great grandchildren. She lived, she laughed and she loved. That is how we all remember her.
Services will be held Friday December 21 at the LDS Church on the corner of 3100 South and 8400 West in Magna, Utah at 11AM with a viewing held before the service from 9:30 to 10:30AM. Viewing will be held Thursday evening at Russon Brothers Mortuary 295 North Main Street in Bountiful from 6PM to 8PM. There will be no graveside service.
We look forward to a celebration of her life on Friday.
