Marjorie Turner

1913 – 2014

Marjorie Turner, at the good old age of 100, finally got her wish. No more “I don’t know why I’m still here” comments. She passed away at her home on July 6 and is now at peace. Marj was born November 15, 1913, to Walter Scott and Mabel Holt Turner and loved growing up on a farm in Kaysville. She graduated from Davis High School and BYU. She retired after many years of work as the gifts department buyer for ZCMI. Best of all she got to travel to many places around the world. To her dismay her siblings, Preston, Genevieve and Ruth all passed away far too many years ago for Marj’s liking.
