Martha Svensson Carlson
1923 – 2013

Martha Svensson Carlson, age 89, passed away peacefully in her home on May 29, 2013, due to natural causes. She was born October 3, 1923 in Augerum, Sweden to Adolph and Helena Svensson Carlson. She lived an exemplary life. She served and cared for many loved ones. She taught her family by example to treat each other with love, compassion and kindness.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oke Martin Carlson. Martha is survived by her siblings, Eva and Ingeborg; her four children Ann Rosebraugh, Ing-Marie (Clyde) Johnson, John Carlson and Pam Archuleta; five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Monday, June 3, 2013 at 12:00 noon in the Salt Lake City Cemetery (4th Ave, “N” Street) Family and friends may visit on Monday at Russon Brothers Mortuary (255 South 200 East, SLC) from 10:00 am to 11:30 am prior to the graveside services.
