Marvin Jones was born on September 29, 1948 and passed on May 31, 2024. He was born and raised in Millcreek, SLC, UT. Marv attended William Penn Elementary, Evergreen Junior High, and Rowland Hall Saint Mark's High School and was Graduated from Westminster College.
He worked in the steel business for many years and later was retired from Habitat for Humanity. He loved camping, hunting and especially fishing many years at Lake Powell and Fish Lake, UT. He attended the Indianapolis 500 and had an interest in drag racing auto racing.
Marvin is survived by his two sons Andy and Mathew, grandson Hayden, Millicent Crowley-Crawford. His Sister Cynthia Hocking, and brothers John and Mark.
His body will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Habitat for Humanity or your favorite charity.
